SiC \u71b1\u5340,\u6750\u6599\u4ee5\u8f3b\u5c04\u71b1\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u6d88\u6563\u8a72\u96fb\u80fd\u3002\u71b1\u5340\u96fb\u963b\u7387\u5f88\u5927,\u4e00\u65e6\u5176\u8868\u9762\u9054\u5230\u7d04
