J5010H Vertical Internal Slicing Machine
The J5010H is a precision vertical internal slicing machine that utilizes an internal circular blade coated with diamond powder for cutting workpieces. It is primarily designed for high-precision slicing of brittle materials including crystals, ceramics, gemstones, and glass.
The equipment consists of the following main components: machine base, spindle system, Z-axis system, X-axis system, cutting fluid system, and protective system.
During operation, the workpiece is fixed to the Z-axis component. The X-axis system drives the Z-axis component to move, thereby moving the workpiece radially along the X-axis from the center of the high-speed rotating internal circular blade, achieving precise cutting of the workpiece.
Main Spindle
Vertical spindle structure featuring precision ball bearings. Driven by a low-noise motor through a flat belt, ensuring smooth high-speed rotation with high precision, strong rigidity, and long service life. Variable frequency drive motor with adjustable speed settings and smooth acceleration/deceleration.
Z-Axis Feed Component
The feed component, also known as the Z-axis system, drives the workpiece feed in the slice thickness direction with selectable feed direction. It features a dual-axis rotation angle adjustment mechanism for position adjustment of the cutting surface and crystal orientation after workpiece mounting. The feed is accomplished by a servo motor, precision coupling, and high-precision ball screw, utilizing high-precision linear guides for precise workpiece feeding. The crystal orientation adjustment mechanism enables forward, backward, left, and right tilt angle adjustments, with single-axis rotation adjustment range of 0~±7°.
X-Axis Cutting Feed Component
Drives the workpiece to move horizontally along the radial direction from the center of the blade disc to achieve workpiece cutting. The moving platform operates on high-precision linear guides, with a servo motor driving screw rotation through a high-precision reducer. This transmission system features high precision, stable operation, and compact structure. Travel speed, cutting speed, and return speed can be arbitrarily set within specified ranges.
