Installation Requirements

• Hardened and leveled ground (machine leveling adjustment requirement)
• No heavy-duty forklifts within 2 meters of the machine after installation (to prevent collision with the machine), no vibration sources
• Machine power connection must ensure 3+2 stabilized power supply (three-phase live wire, one neutral wire, one ground wire)

Utilities Required

Technical Training

1. During equipment installation and commissioning at the customer site, customer operators and maintenance personnel assist the supplier’s personnel in installation and commissioning work
2. After equipment installation and commissioning is completed at the customer site, the supplier’s technical personnel will train the customer’s operation and maintenance personnel
3. Training content includes: equipment structure, system functions, correct use of control instruments, maintenance knowledge, common fault manifestations and troubleshooting methods, etc. To enable customer operators to correctly use the equipment, and maintenance personnel to master the judgment and troubleshooting methods of common faults

Warranty Period

Equipment quality assurance period: 12 months from the date of acceptance

• If repairs require other parts, the supplier will assist in procurement, installation, and commissioning

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty automatically becomes void under the following circumstances:

• Machine not operated and stored according to relevant documents
• Customer modifies equipment without written authorization from Shanghai Donghe Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
• Equipment damage due to rough use, natural force majeure, and power outages
• User does not use original parts during maintenance process
• Safety and quality accidents caused by abnormal operations, such as drastic changes in air source and power supply during processing, impacts on equipment during workpiece lifting and material handling, and other abnormal environmental impacts

Post-Warranty Service

After the warranty period, the supplier provides timely, high-quality, and preferentially priced technical services and spare parts supply to the customer.
