Working Principle
- Diamond powder electroplated loop wire moves at high speed under the guidance mechanism to cut materials
- XY two-axis linear motion mechanism with guide rails and ball screws; motion axes driven by stepper motors
- Wire frame is adjustable in height, cutting height can be adjusted for more efficient cutting
- Standard vice clamping: enables conventional irregular shape cutting (see Figure 1)
