After-Sales Service

Warranty Period

• The seller guarantees that the equipment will operate properly for 12 months from the date of installation and commissioning completion, under correct installation, normal use, and maintenance according to the manual.
• After equipment arrival at buyer’s factory, buyer is responsible for unloading, moving equipment to installation location, and preparing power supply, compressed air source, central dust collection pipeline interface, and corresponding pipelines.
• Seller arranges engineers to install and commission equipment at buyer’s site, with buyer arranging personnel to assist.

Spare Parts Supply

• Common spare parts and consumables will be supplied by the seller upon request.
• During warranty period, non-wear parts damaged under normal use will be provided free of charge by seller.
• After warranty period, parts, wear parts, guide wheels, wire, and other consumables will be provided by seller at cost.
• Consumables include: wire, guide wheels
• Wear parts include: guide wheel bearing housings (replacement every 6 months)

Maintenance During Warranty Period

If equipment fails, seller will respond within 1 hour after receiving buyer’s fault notification. If remote guidance cannot resolve the issue, seller will arrive on site within 48 hours, parts will arrive within 48 hours, and equipment will be restored within 72 hours. Maintenance services, replacement of non-wear parts damaged under normal use (excluding consumables/wear parts) during warranty period are free of charge.

Training

• After equipment installation, commissioning, and normal startup, seller provides free training for buyer’s technical personnel, operators, and management personnel for one day (may be extended up to three days as appropriate).
• Training content includes equipment installation, use, daily maintenance and upkeep, troubleshooting, and safe operation.
• During warranty period, if buyer’s technical personnel have other technical requirements for equipment use, seller will provide timely technical guidance via phone, WeChat, email, etc.
