Environmental Requirements and Auxiliary Equipment

Installation Requirements:

• Hardened and leveled ground surface (for machine leveling adjustment)
• No frequent heavy-duty forklifts within 2 meters of the machine after installation (to prevent collision), no vibration sources
• Machine power supply must ensure 3+2 stabilized power supply (three-phase live wires, one neutral wire, one ground wire)
• Must provide clean air source of at least 0.6 MPa

 Technical Training

1. During equipment installation and commissioning at the customer site, the customer’s operators and maintenance personnel shall assist the supplier’s personnel in installation and commissioning work.
2. After the equipment is installed and commissioned at Party A’s site, Party B’s technical personnel shall provide training to Party A’s operation and maintenance personnel.
3. Training content includes: equipment structure, system functions, correct use of control instruments, maintenance knowledge, common fault manifestations and troubleshooting methods. Enable Party A’s operators to correctly use the equipment, and maintenance personnel to master the judgment and troubleshooting methods of common faults.

After-Sales Service

Warranty Period

Equipment quality assurance period is 12 months from the date of acceptance.

 Warranty Service

During the warranty period, Party B provides technical support. Upon receiving Party A’s fault notification, Party B shall implement warranty obligations, respond within 4 hours, and arrive on-site within 24 hours or 48 hours with a solution to minimize Party A’s losses. If repairs require other accessories, Party B shall assist in procurement, installation and commissioning.

Important Notes

Equipment usage efficiency and stability are affected by usage habits and maintenance cycles. Poor usage habits, unfamiliar operations, and untimely maintenance will lead to decreased equipment efficiency and increased failure rates. Shanghai Donghe Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. will try its best to support customers’ subsequent normal use of equipment. This should not be considered as the seller violating the contract or technical agreement.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty automatically becomes invalid under the following circumstances:

• Machine not operated and stored according to relevant documents
• Customer modifies equipment without written authorization from Shanghai Donghe Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
• Equipment damaged due to rough use, natural force majeure, and power outages
• User does not use original factory parts during maintenance process
• Safety and quality accidents caused by abnormal operation, such as severe changes in air source and power supply during processing, impact on equipment during lifting workpieces and transporting materials, and other abnormal environmental impacts

Post-Warranty Service

After the warranty period, Party B provides timely, high-quality, and preferentially priced technical services and spare parts supply to Party A.
