MW1212T-190 Multi-Wire Cutting Machine
The MW1212T-190 adopts diamond wire reciprocating grinding principle for batch slicing of crystal materials with crystal orientation requirements.
The equipment utilizes a precision control system, combined with Donghe Technology’s self-developed multi-axis synchronization and high-precision real-time tension control algorithms, achieving high-speed, low-cost, and stable operation.

Working Principle

- Crystal orientation angle fine-tuning function: Worktable adjustment allows horizontal rotation angle adjustment and elevation angle adjustment
